Refund policy

Unopened Items

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email)

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Opened or Used Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bait
  • Used bait
  • Any product where the seal has been broken
  • Any item that has been opened, tested, or partially consumed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect item), we cover the return cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return postage
