Aromatic Fish is a premium, highly soluble fish protein extract produced from freshly harvested marine raw materials, including species such as cod, haddock and saithe.

Produced through a carefully controlled process of enzymatic hydrolysis under mild pH and temperature conditions, the fish proteins are broken down into short-chain peptides while retaining the naturally occurring amino acid profile of the original raw materials.

The result is an exceptionally digestible and soluble liquid with a high protein content of approximately 45–55%, together with a rich, natural fish aroma and flavour.

The hydrolysis process creates low molecular weight peptides and free amino acids that disperse readily through the water, making Aromatic Fish an excellent source of soluble food signals and natural attraction.
