COTSWOLD BAITS BAIT STABLISATION SYSTEM

STABILISER is our unique liquid preservation system, developed for bait makers who want to produce stable, long-lasting baits without relying on conventional MPG.

Unlike standard Mono Propylene Glycol (MPG), Cotswold Baits STABILISER is our own unique formulation, designed specifically for the preservation of fishing baits.

Suitable for use across a wide range of applications, including boilies, cork-ball hook baits, pop-ups, wafters and prepared particles, STABILISER helps protect finished bait against mould and spoilage, extending usable shelf life while allowing you to retain the character of your original recipe.

For boilie and hook-bait production, STABILISER can be incorporated directly into the liquid phase during manufacture, making it particularly useful when producing shelf-life boilies, specialist cork balls, pop-ups, wafters and other hook baits where long-term stability is required.

It can also be used when preparing and preserving cooked particles, helping to keep prepared bait stable and usable for considerably longer than untreated particles.

Clear and virtually colourless, STABILISER has been developed so that it can be incorporated without unnecessarily changing the appearance of the finished bait – particularly useful when working with pale, natural or brightly coloured hook baits.

HOW TO USE

For boilies, pop-ups, wafters and cork-ball hook baits, add STABILISER to the liquid phase of your recipe before combining with the dry ingredients.

RECOMMENDED INCLUSION:

100–130 ml per 1 kg of base mix.

Use 100 ml per kg as the standard starting point, increasing up to 130 ml per kg where greater preservation is required.

STABILISER can be used alongside your normal liquid attractors, flavours and other liquid additives, allowing you to build your usual attraction package while incorporating preservation directly into the bait.

5 kg base mix – 500–650 ml
10 kg base mix – 1–1.3 litres
25 kg base mix – 2.5–3.25 litres
50 kg base mix – 5–6.5 litres
